Here are the health benefits why exercise is good for everyone regardless of what your age, sex, and physical ability.

1. Exercise controls weight.

When you are active in working out it prevent weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you exercise you burn calories, the more intense you exercise the more calories you burn.

Hitting the gym on a regular basis is great, but sometimes we tend to be so busy and find only a little time doing physical activity.  To get the benefits of exercise just be more active on the day that you are not going to the gym. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator and do some household chores.  The key here is consistency.

2. Exercise promotes better sleep or improves sleep.

Better sleep found by exercising on a regular basis. Exercising can help you fall asleep faster, just don’t exercise near to bedtime.

3. Exercise fights health conditions and diseases.

It reduces chronic disease risks. Physical activity fights the intra-abdominal fat that can fuel the risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

According to a study led by the Public Health Sciences Division’s Dr. Anne McTiernan, a regular exercise moderate to deep intense is vital or essentially important for men and women who want to reduce their risk of any chronic diseases, the risk of having cancer and heart disease.  If you want to prevent any of these kinds of health problems, make time to workout regularly.

4. Exercise helps your skin to be healthy.

Regular exercise is one of the keys to a healthy skin. Anything that promotes healthy circulation also helps keep your skin healthy and vibrant,” says dermatologist Ellen Marmur, MD, author of Simple Skin Beauty: Every Woman’s Guide to a Lifetime of Healthy, Gorgeous Skin and associate professor of dermatology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

Exercising is great on your skin in so many ways.  It brings oxygen and nutrients to your skin, imparting that healthy glow.

5. Exercise improves your mood.

Exercise can be a real energy booster to those who workout regularly.  When you are energized, your mood is good. That means you are always on the go, on the positive side of thinking and not a type of person that easily give up on the hard tasks on your daily routine.  It always leads you to feel more at ease and feeling better all the time because of your appearance, heading to a good self-esteem and confidence.

Exercise and physical activities are a great way to boost your energy, feel better and be healthy all the time.  Look way younger than your age too. Life is good when you are healthy and always happy.
